Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack your hairpin legs or hardware in their original box, ensuring all screws and floor protectors are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt.
